The Feltre Ice Stadium

Since 1984, the Feltre Ice Stadium has been one of the main attractions of the city, with 230,000 visitors each year coming from the whole of the north east of Italy. The stadium belongs to the local council, and is used throughout the year, not only for winter sports.

The Ice Stadium has held major international events such as the University Games of 1985, the World Ice Hockey Championships, boxing tournaments, ice dancing galas featuring world and Olympic champions. It also participated in the promotion of the Turin winter Olympics in 2006. It will host the World Boules Championships in 2011.
